Description :

The project is based on three topics :

- Ab-initio calculation of the electronic and dynamical properties of semiconductors.
- Numerical solution of the time-dependent Hartree-Fock equation for the electron gas.
- Electron-phonon interaction and its impact on electronic transport properties of polar semiconductors, heterostructures and quantum wells.
