The Royal Observatory of Belgium, the Royal Belgian Institute for Space Aeronomy and the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium are all located on the so called plateau of Uccle. In the weekend of 12 and 13 October 2014 these 3 institutions open their doors for the public to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Royal Belgian Institute for Space Aeronomy.
The idea for this research is both to look at who visits the plateau of Uccle during these open house days (look for the visitor’s profiles) as well to sound how these visitors appreciate their visit and the different aspects of the visit. The results are also compared with the results of the surveys conducted in 2005,2007, 2009 and 2013.
