The OSTC is assisted by the working groups and the User Committee of the BELNET User Forum (http://www.belnet.be/userforum/) in managing the programme.

Objectives:

To implement an impetus programme for the promotion of services using the BELNET network.
This programme must aim to establish a focal point within the OSTC responsible for coordination and promotion of the services offered to users.

Description:

In the first stage, use will be made of the working groups already set up within the framework of the BELNET User Forum; subsequently, other groups could be created as required.
Users, grouped together according to specific matters, may also formulate essential and appropriate needs.
New services could be developed on the basis of the recommendations of these working groups.
