Within the institutions, the Minister finances the following actions:

- Action 3: support for the participation of the institutions in international scientific research activities;
- Action 4: support to the training and advanced study of statutory members of the institution in the field of scientific research.
The institution heads submit action proposals at the invitation of the Office's Secretary General.
The Office is responsible for selecting the actions and monitoring the use of the financial resources granted to the institutions.
