| Description nl | Binnen het Exoligamentz project wordt een ondersteunende handschoen ontwikkeld om letsels aan vingers en hand ten gevolge van contactsporten te minimaliseren. Het doel van dit project is om voort te bouwen een eerder StarTT-project: de meest geschikte materialen en productiemethoden selecteren voor industrialisatie, prototypes verder uitwerken en testen in lage volumes, prototypes valideren met eindgebruikers in verschillende sporten, opstellen van een business model en go-to-market strategie. Verder beoogt dit project een maatschappelijke impact, door met name jonge sporters beter te beschermen tegen repetitieve vingerblessures en bijgevolg het voorkomen van onomkeerbare schade en dysfunctie van de hand op latere leeftijd tegen te gaan.

| Description en | Within the Exoligamentz project, a supporting glove is being developed to minimize finger and hand injuries due to contact sports. The aim of this project is to build on an earlier StarTT project: select the most suitable materials and production methods for industrialization, further develop prototypes and test in low volumes, validate prototypes with end users in different sports, prepare a business model and go-to-market strategy. Furthermore, this project aims to have a social impact, by better protecting young athletes in particular against repetitive finger injuries and thus preventing the prevention of irreversible damage and dysfunction of the hand at a later age.
