| Description nl | EQUAL-LIFE zal gecombineerde blootstellingsgegevens ontwikkelen en testen met behulp van een nieuwe benadering van multimodale blootstellingen en hun impact op de geestelijke gezondheid en ontwikkeling van kinderen. Een combinatie van geboortecohortgegevens met nieuwe bronnen van data, zal inzicht geven in aspecten van fysieke en sociale blootstellingen die tot nu toe onbenut zijn gebleven. Het zal dit op verschillende manieren doen schaalniveaus en tijdframes, rekening houdend met de verdeling van blootstellingen in sociale groepen op basis van geslacht, etniciteit, sociale kwetsbaarheid. Te beginnen met de ontwikkeling van kinderen en de geestelijke gezondheid wordt een reeks theoretische vragen geformuleerd, een breed scala van relevante milieu- en sociale gevaren wordt gedefinieerd en gevalideerd aan de kant van de stakeholders. Blootstellingsbeoordeling combineert traditionele op GIS gebaseerde benaderingen met omics-benaderingen en nieuwe gegevensbronnen die aspecten zouden kunnen verklaren van de stedelijke omgeving op een hogere ruimtelijke en temporele granulariteit, en inzicht geven in onbenutte parameters met betrekking tot blootstelling (ruimtelijke kwaliteit van wijken). Deze vormen samen het exposoom van het vroege leven. Statistische hulpmiddelen integreer data op verschillende schaalniveaus en tijden en combineer b.v. machine learning, causale modellen met subgroepen maatregelen. EQUAL-LIFE gebruikt gegevens van geboortecohorten, longitudinale schoolgegevenssets en cross-sectionele studies (N => 250.000), inclusief gegevens over blootstellingen, biomarkers, mentale gezondheid en ontwikkelingsresultaten, in hun sociale context. EQUAL-LIFE draagt U+200BU+200Bbij aan de ontwikkeling / benutting van het exposoomconcept door 1) de interne, externe en sociale exposoom 2) door een reeks verschillende effecten op de ontwikkeling en geestelijke gezondheid van een kind te bestuderen 3) door de omgeving van het kind te karakteriseren / meten / modelleren in verschillende stadia en activiteitenruimtes 4) door te kijken in ondersteunende omgevingen voor de ontwikkeling van kinderen, in plaats van alleen vervuilende stoffen 5) door fysieke, sociale te combineren indicatoren met nieuwe biomarkers en met behulp van nieuwe gegevensbronnen die patronen en omgevingen van kinderactiviteiten beschrijven. EQUAL-LIFE maakt deel uit van het European Human Exposome Network en bestaat uit negen projecten die hieruit zijn geselecteerd bellen.

| Description en | EQUAL-LIFE will develop and test combined exposure data using a novel approach to multi-modal exposures and their impact on childrenU+2019 mental health and development. A combination of birth-cohort data with new sources of data, will provide insight into aspects of physical and social exposures hitherto untapped. It will do this at different scale levels and timeframes, while accounting for the distribution of exposures in social groups based on gender, ethnicity, social vulnerability. Beginning with child development and mental health, a set of theory-based questions is formulated, a wide range of relevant environmental and social hazards is defined and validated at the stakeholders end. Exposure assessment combines traditional GIS-based approaches with omics approaches and new sources of data that could explain aspects of the urban environment at a higher spatial and temporal granularity, and provide insight into untapped parameters relating to exposure (spatial quality of neighborhoods). These together form the early-life exposome. Statistical tools integrate data at different scale levels and times and combine e.g. machine learning, causal models with subgroups measures. EQUAL-LIFE uses data from birth-cohorts, longitudinal school data sets and cross-sectional studies (N=>250.000) , including data on exposures, biomarkers, mental health and developmental outcomes, in their social context. EQUAL-LIFE contributes to the development/utilization of the exposome concept by 1) integrating the internal, external and social exposome 2) by studying a distinct set of effects on a childU+2019 development and mental health 3) by characterizing/measuring/modelling the childU+2019 environment at different stages and activity spaces 4) by looking at supportive environments for child development, rather than merely pollutants 5) by combining physical, social indicators with novel biomarkers and using new data sources describing child activity patterns and environments. EQUAL-LIFE is part of the European Human Exposome Network comprised of nine projects selected from this same call.
