Description :

Experiences with changes as regards participation in the organisation of government, in particular classification and evaluation during the introduction of new working systems. Areas covered: personnel policy, labour relations, organisational change.


OBJECTIVES

Construction of an ideal form of benchmarking: presentation of ‘best-in-class’ examples of specific forms of participation during organisational change within public administrations, in particular during implementation of new working systems planned by the federal government (competence management, ‘flattening’ of organisation and teamwork, quality care, rewarding of performance).
