The main objective of ADIOS is to improve and assess the KRS object system primarily developed under the ESPRIT 1 Programme as a general object system for the development and management of complex software systems. Developments in the field of reflection, consistency maintenance and complex control structures. A specialized support system and a debugger will also be developed. It will all be evaluated in comparison with the most widely known similar systems and through applications in the field of knowledge technology.
