The introduction of new logistic ways of operation (just in time, co-makership)often gets in conflict with the inertia that is characteristic of the administrative organisation and the corporate management control system.
The project studies the influence of integral logistics on:administrative organisation, evaluation of branch performances, cost price calculation, investment decisionmaking process...
