Description :

This project studies the local labour market (statistical analysis) and the operation of labour market factors. Four hundred job-seekers are surveyed to this end.
Company statistics, personnel policy and union attitudes are also studied at eighty companies in sectors employing large and small numbers of immigrants respectively.
