The Royal Library aims to monitor their various (sub)audiences and measure their satisfaction. A similar study was conducted in 2006 with regard to visitors to the main reading room. This data is in need of an update.
The aim of the study is to form a picture of the readership audience for the Royal Library and to measure the general satisfaction with the services provided.
Method of data collection
Self-administered questionnaire.
