Doelstellingen:

De terugkeermandaten zijn bedoeld om getalenteerde onderzoekers die in buitenlandse onderzoekscentra aan R&D doen, aan te moedigen om naar België terug te keren. Elk jaar komen de geselecteerde kandidaten in aanmerking voor een financiering van 24 maanden. Een link met de door Belspo gefinancierd programma's of met WTI's is niet verplicht.
